Use this guide to understand how we manage use of the store and purchases made through it.

Acceptable site activity

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with security, availability, or another person's rights. Applicable intellectual-property law continues to protect the store's product copy and imagery.

Listings and order acceptance

We seek accurate descriptions, images, availability, and prices, while reasonable display differences may occur. An order submission proposes a purchase, which is accepted only after review and successful payment authorization.

Amounts shown at checkout

Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise. Checkout presents the taxes, shipping costs, and payment methods that apply to the transaction.

Policies for fulfilment and returns

Delivery responsibilities follow the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy covers qualifying returns for both sound and defective goods and explains when an exchange is available.

Preserved rights and future revisions

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Revised terms may govern later visits and purchases. Questions can be sent through Contact Us.
