Shipping Policy

Use this guide to understand how we manage order preparation and delivery within Canada.

Before dispatch

Once payment authorization is confirmed, we usually need 1–2 business days to prepare the order. Shipping time begins only after dispatch.

Time in transit

A dispatched parcel normally travels for an estimated 4–6 business days. Applicable holidays and weekends do not count as business days, and delivery dates remain estimates.

Checkout charges and tracking

Checkout displays the available delivery service and its CAD charge. Confirm the address before placing the order; a tracking update is sent when the carrier makes one available.

When a parcel needs attention

For a delay, damaged parcel, missing package, or delivery scan that does not match receipt, email sadashivmang8073@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details.
