How long does fulfilment take?

After payment is authorized, preparation usually requires 1–2 business days; carrier travel is then estimated at 4–6 business days.

Are returns and exchanges available?

A request may be made within 30 days of delivery for qualifying new, unused preference returns as well as defective or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise. Exchanges depend on approval and inventory. Review the Refund Policy.

What should I do before sending a return?

Ask our team to approve the return and identify its destination before sending anything. The package contains a prepaid return label at no charge, and approved returns have no restocking fee.

When will an approved refund be initiated?

Within 10 days after approval, we process or initiate repayment through the payment method originally used. The bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
